Assembly goes fine overall, but the brakes needed a bit of fiddling before they was working right. Not a huge deal, just took a little extra time.

I kind of regret jumping on this Orbea ebike so fast. The assist feels totally random, one minute it kicks in strong, then the next it barely helps at all, especially on hills. I had the shop check it out, but nothing really changed. For what this bike cost, I expected way better. Disappointing.

I had an issue with my order and reached out to orbea a couple of times through their website. I got the automated reply right away, but then days went by with no actual response. I tried again and still felt like nobody was really checking the messages. For a brand this well-known, the customer support feels poor. I don’t mind waiting a little, and I’m sure other customers understand that too, but being ignored is what makes it frustrating. I wouldn’t order direct again

Had a small issue and support got it sorted quick. Was easier than I expected, so I’m happy with how it went.

The bike does look nice, I’ll give it that, but I feel like I got the short end of the stick for what I paid. For this kind of money, I really expected better parts and a better overall value. Maybe I just had bad luck, but it feels disappointing when you spend that much and still end up feeling like you didn’t get what you deserved. I don’t think I’d buy Orbea again...

It dies so fast, like really really fast. I barely get to use it before it’s already needing a charge again.

The frame shape just feels awkward, and the cable routing keeps rubbing in a way that’s super annoying. Overall, it feels like this thing wasn’t really thought through, which is a bummer.

I wasn’t really happy with the build quality on this bike. It felt kind of cheap right out of the box, and after just a short time riding it, some of the bolts started coming loose. Compared to other bikes I’ve owned or tested around the same price, this one just doesn’t feel as sturdy or well put together.

I reached out to my local dealer and they never followed up. Then I contacted orbea support and basically just got bounced around with no real help. whoever runs this process needs to get it together because it shouldn’t be this hard to get a simple response.

Support kept giving me vague updates with no real timeline, so I ended up chasing them every week just to find out what was going on. The whole process felt disorganized, and it made me question the overall quality and reliability a bit. Really frustrating experience.

I had a problem with my orbea frame and the whole warranty process ended up being way more frustrating than I expected. There was a lot of waiting around, like waiting for updates, waiting for replies, waiting to hear what the next step was, and even waiting just to find out if anyone had actually looked at the case. My dealer did try to help and kept checking in, calling, emailing, and following up, but the responses from orbea just felt really slow and unclear. It kind of felt like when you order something and the tracking never updates, or when customer service says they’ll get back to you but you have no idea if that means tomorrow or three weeks from now. In the end, it did get sorted, so I’ll give them that, but the experience left a bad taste. For a bike brand like orbea, I expected the warranty side to be smoother, clearer, and just less stressful overall.

I’m disappointed with how heavy this bike is. From what I read online, I thought it would be easier to handle, but carrying it up stairs or trying to get it onto my car rack is a real hassle. Riding uphill hasn’t been great either, which I guess makes sense with the weight, but still. For the price, I just expected it to feel lighter and more manageable. I don’t think I’d buy it again...

I ordered from orbea.com and followed their size guide, but the bike still ended up being the wrong fit. I even double-checked my height and inseam, so I’m not sure what else I was supposed to do. As soon as I got on it, the bike felt way too big and just kind of awkward. Returning it turned into a real hassle too. Disappointed, especially with how “accurate” the sizing guide is supposed to be

I liked the idea of being able to choose different parts and colors, but once I put in my size, it felt like half the options disappeared. On top of that, the prices kept changing quickly and it was hard to tell what was actually included versus what was extra. I ended up getting annoyed and left the site without ordering. At this point, I’d want someone from customer support to look into it or escalate the issue, because the whole process should be a lot clearer.

I ordered from orbea.com the bike itself is fine, no complaints there. But the delivery tracking was way more annoying than it needed to be. It sat on the same status for days with barely any updates, then the box just showed up out of nowhere without a proper heads-up. Seems like such a simple thing to keep customers updated, but somehow it was made difficult.

I’ve had my Orbea for a few weeks now, i’m really enjoying it. It feels super comfortable to ride, especially compared to my old bike. The seat and riding position make longer rides way more pleasant, which has been a nice surprise. The size guide got me close, but I did have to tweak the saddle and handlebars a bit to get everything feeling just right. Nothing major, just a little trial and error. Overall, I’d give it 4 stars because it rides great and feels really good, but I do think the sizing info could be a bit clearer

The website looked good at first, so I felt a little embarrassed that I was struggling to find the bike info I needed. Some pages loaded slower than I expected, and the filters weren’t super clear to me. I ended up clicking around way too much just to compare a few models. It wasn’t awful, but it definitely got frustrating.
